Please advice her responsibly

Compliment of the season mommy and everyone here. Plz it will be a lengthy post,kindly bear with me. I am married with 3kids,the last is 13months old. I was given 1m to start a business by my husband which I was dubbed off this year through my house help,she bought stuff with my card,came back by morning myaccount was cleared with series of debit.
I told him he never believed even with bank evidence.
He said I should look for the money or else I will stay at home and get tired. So the reason for this post is this I did a yearly contribution which I was giving 365k And I have been thinking to start something with it by January,to be sincere I don’t want to seat at home again doing anything,Expecially now he has made it clear that he won’t give me anything again.
So I wish to start foodstuff or a saloon,I braid very well. So in my estate their is no saloon ,they use to be one but she is not doing well in braiding she employ workers which are not always stable so people goes out to make their hair. So even now I noticed she don’t open again so I took her number and called her to know why,and she told me she is parking out that she has problem with her neighbor and she reported her to the landlady and they ask her to leave.
She said her neighbor is a problem person.
Note this her neighbor sales foodstuffs,drinks and snacks and this lady started selling thoes things since her hair business is not moving.
So now am thinking of taking that shop as saloon.
Note when I called her I told her am looking for a shop around she said I shouldn’t think of that her formal shop because of that her neighbor that she is troublesome. So am here for advice should I go ahead or look for somewhere else.
