  • From my box. Love is sweet eh
    Good morning to everyone here.

My name is Nkiru ,I am from Anambra State. I am a barrister and I work with a private firm. I am sharing this today to highlight the importance of having the right people and values in one’s life.

I grew up with very supportive parents and elder sisters who have always been role models to my siblings and me. Although we did not come from a very wealthy background, you could never tell. My mother taught us how to carry ourselves with dignity, how to present ourselves properly, and how never to allow our background to limit our mindset or our expectations. She constantly reminded us that where we come from should never define what we deserve.
Because of this upbringing, I did not date while I was in school. My sisters advised that since we were not from a very wealthy home, my focus should be on my education. I took that advice seriously and did not have a boyfriend until my final year. Unfortunately, that first relationship made me start questioning my self-worth. I began to feel as though I did not deserve better.
I called my eldest sister and told her everything. After listening carefully, she simply said, End the relationship. There was no hesitation. She asked if I trusted her, and when I said yes, she told me to end it immediately. I did and that decision changed my life.
After I began practicing , I met someone who showed me what healthy love truly looks like. He was kind, patient, and intentional. I made my boundaries very clear, and he respected them completely without pressure, without arguments. He never asked questions that were inappropriate, and he never made me feel less than enough. He simply respected me
Six months into the relationship, he proposed. We did things the right way family introductions, proper steps, and mutual respect. In December, we got married. Our honeymoon remains one of the most cherished memories of my life simple, loving, and filled with peace.
My husband took me to capetown and there we sat in our hotel room that was peaceful. He kiss*d me , and while we were playing i didnt even know when he put it in, i felt just a little pain. He was shocked to know that i kept myself. That was the most beautiful day of my life. I remember and still blush.

Shortly after, I realized I had missed my period. I was meant to see it on January 15, but it never came. I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I was overwhelmed with gratitude.

At 25 years old, I feel compelled to share this with young women, please value yourself. Do not settle because of pressure. Do not allow anyone to make you feel like love must be forced or negotiated. Marry a man who respects you, values you, and is worthy of you. If you must wait, wait. What is meant for you will come with peace.

    Thank you for reading.

Ps: I have wedding gown for any bride . I am size 8
    Shoe size 37
I am tall but you can amend. If you need it please say.

Madam Mel good morning o, how are you and the children? How is Oga at the top ? Please I send my full salute.
I just want to report myself because I have entered a season that no man warned me about. I am a married man to a pregnantt woman, and let me tell you the truth, nothing prepares you for this spiritual journey. Before now, when I used to see men online saying their wives sent them to go and buy one particular meat from one particular market because “that’s the only one she can eat,” I would laugh and say these men are just forming. I didn’t know pregnancy itself is the cruise. My own started small small. This woman that is normally strong like soldier suddenly started crying for things that don’t even have business with tears. And unfortunately for me, women’s tears can shake my soul because once I hear a woman crying, my body will just enter emergency mode. One morning I bathed and forgot my towel in the bathroom, not even on the floor o, I dropped it on top the bathtub because I was rushing to work. Madam tell me why my wife called me on the phone… crying… as if I left a tiger inside the bathroom. “So you left that thing there?” I started begging immediately, “I’m sorry baby please forgive me,” meanwhile house help will come and carry it, nobody is dyingg, but in pregnancy constitution, towel on bathtub is a personal attackkk.

Now the real issue. My office sent me for a business trip and I came back, madam my wife looked at me like I went to enjoy myself while she was on punishmentt. She said “So you just entered plane and travelled, while I’m here incapacitatedd with this big bellyy, I cannot even sleep well.” In my mind I was like, my office did not book this flight as family package, it is business meeting not honeymoon, but I nodded because at this stage, a wise man knows peace is better than explanation. To calm everything down, I carried her, took her to spa, did pedicure, fixed nails, washed hair, complete queen treatment. Madam this woman slept in the car on the way back like small baby, slept so deeply I was almost calling security to help me carry her inside because I didn’t even want her to wake up and remember I travelled. I gently carried her inside like fragile egg. She slept for four solid hours. Guess what? After sleeping she said I should come and lie down too. Madam she held me down like teddy bear while she slept peacefully, and me I was there awake, hungry, trapped, fightingg for my life quietly. This is what married men are going through. Thank God we are 37 weeks now, we are almost at the finish line, because if I survive this pregnancy season, before I even think of getting her pregnant again, I will rest first, I will recover, I will regain freedom to drop towel without national drama. But truly, I thank God, after all the years it took us to get this blessing, I will take every mood swing with love, even if it comes with spa bills and hostage cuddling. Pregnancy is not for the weak, but love is sweet .
Pray for us to scale through this season.

  • Get ready for an extraordinary celestial event that will take place on March 3, 2026: the rare Blood Moon. This awe-inspiring event occurs when the Moon passes through the Earth’s shadow, causing it to take on a deep reddish hue, making it one of the most striking sights in the night sky. Blood Moons are a type of total lunar eclipse, but their unique red glow sets them apart from other lunar events, and they happen only occasionally, making them a special occasion for skywatchers.

The reason behind the reddish color of the Moon is due to Earth's atmosphere. As sunlight passes through our atmosphere, the blue light gets scattered, while the red light is able to pass through and reach the Moon, giving it that distinctive glowing red appearance. This phenomenon creates a breathtaking spectacle, turning the Moon into a fiery orb against the backdrop of the night sky. It’s a sight that has captivated humanity for centuries, evoking feelings of wonder and mystery.

Unlike solar eclipses, Blood Moons are completely safe to view with the naked eye, making them perfect for family gatherings or stargazing parties. Astronomers and casual skywatchers alike are already preparing for the event, as it’s one of those rare occurrences that remind us of the vast beauty and rhythm of the universe. As the Earth’s shadow slowly overtakes the Moon, the transformation is mesmerizing, and the whole process will be visible without the need for special equipment.

In addition to its breathtaking visual appeal, the Blood Moon has inspired countless myths, legends, and scientific curiosity. It has symbolized transformation, mystery, and sometimes even foreboding. Cultures around the world have looked to the Blood Moon for meaning, linking it to significant changes or events. As modern science continues to explore the cosmos, the Blood Moon remains a powerful reminder of our connection to the universe.

The Blood Moon on March 3, 2026, is a must-see event for anyone fascinated by the wonders of space. Whether you're an experienced stargazer or someone who simply enjoys rare cosmic events, this celestial show will be a memory worth sharing. So gather your loved ones, prepare your cameras, and get ready to witness one of nature’s most magnificent displays an unforgettable sight that will leave you in awe of the universe’s beauty.

  • This isn’t CGI. Not a movie. This is history frozen in a single frame.

During the final moments of their third and last moonwalk, Apollo 15 astronauts captured an image that reveals the Moon like few have ever seen it. The surface stretches silently, illuminated by Earthlight and the Sun’s distant glow. Every crater, every ridge, every shadow tells a story of cosmic history, frozen in stark clarity.

    Moon alive with human presence.
    Footprints etched in eternal dust.
Glimpse into a world beyond imagination.

This photograph is more than a record; it is a testament to human courage, curiosity, and determination. For the astronauts, each step carried risk and wonder, each glance at the horizon a reminder of how small yet extraordinary humanity truly is. Every frame from Apollo 15 captures the delicate balance of danger, beauty, and discovery that defines space exploration.

Breathe. Look up. The Moon is no longer a distant dot in the sky—it is a place we touched, a world that echoes with our first footsteps. This image invites us to reflect, to dream, and to marvel at what humanity can achieve when it reaches beyond the familiar and into the unknown.

  • November 30: Mars at Apogee — Farthest from Earth!

On November 30, Mars reaches apogee, the point where it becomes most distant from Earth. This happens when Earth and Mars move to opposite sides of the Sun, placing the Red Planet at the farthest part of its orbit.

Distance: ~2.42 AU (about 362 million km)
    Constellation: Ophiuchus
Moon Phase: 10-day-old waxing gibbous — 77% illuminated

Because Mars is so far away, it will appear fainter than usual. Still, it’s a rare moment to look up and appreciate our neighboring planet at the very edge of its orbital path.

Tip: A pair of binoculars will help you spot its tiny reddish glow.
